Wondering how to deal with cash donations or pledges towards your BLBC2017 ride? Brieanne White from Support Our Troops has the answer for you below.*

*Please note that you can view and download the Pledge Sheet in PDF Format at the bottom of this post.

For riders collecting cash donations, it is best they keep a running tally of their donors with full information including:
  1. full name,
  2. mailing address,
  3. email address,
  4. date donation was collected,
  5. amount of donation and
  6. phone number.
Once the rider has collected all cash funds it is recommended that the full list of donors, as well as one cheque, be sent to my attention for our funds administrator to process. The Pledge form can be mailed in with the final cheque or sent to me at White.Brieanne@cfmws.com electronically.

Please note that riders are encouraged to build their fundraising page right after their ride registration and to collect donations via their personal fundraising page.

Donations of $10.00 or more would be eligible for a tax receipt, which would be processed from our office here in Ottawa.

Any additional questions please feel free to connect with me.
